Creating reporting periods/Deploying report cards
This function can only be preformed by School Admin or School IT accounts.
Open Classes Zoom
If not deploying to every class use Filters to narrow list to only those requiring a report card
In drop-down menu choose "Add to report card"
In the Reporting Period Setup form:
Select the Reporting period or continue with Create New if the reporting period is not set up currently.
Select Template To Use
Disregard Force deploy and Allow Multiple Sheets
Assign a reporting period name
Select Type: Final, Interim or Mark Export
Set period start & end dates
Set report cards due date & time (note, report cards will be available to teachers 7 days before due date by default; if this needs to be changed, there is a Submission start date override under Advanced
After saving you will be taken to the Report Card Zoom in "Sheet View" showing the status of report card submission by teacher
