Background
Staff accounts are added, modified, and removed using the TwineSIS.
Updates made in Twine are pushed to Edsby, usually during an automated nightly sync process.
Video Overview
Adding a staff account
- Login to Twine at https://sis.choosetwine.com/ using your Twine administrator username and password.
- From the side menu, click Staff > Add Staff.
- Enter the staff member's details. The required fields are:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- First Name
- The Add Staff window assigns the new Staff member the Teacher role by default. Click to change if another role is required.

Timing and next steps
- Accounts you create in TwineSIS are visible in Edsby after the next sync. Generally this happens overnight.
- If you need a new staff account to be active in Edsby right away, please open a help ticket, or send a message to us at support@choosetwine.com to request a manual sync.
- Once the staff account is in Edsby, you may assign an Edsby password.
