About Staff Accounts
Staff accounts are set up, modified, and inactivated within the Twine SIS by logging in at https://sis.choosetwine.com.
Adding a Staff Account
To add a new staff account navigate to Users > Add a User
Fill in the new user's First Name and Last Name. User Profile should be set to Teacher and permissions should be Default. Please enter an Email Address, as this will be used as the Edsby Login ID.
When finished, click the Save button:
Note: changes made in the Twine SIS are synchronized to Edsby every 2 hours. The staff account you create will be visible in the Edsby staff list after the next sync. Once in Edsby you may assign a password, and/or request a change from the default Teacher role to School Admin or other roles as necessary.
