Background
A student may be associated with any number of parents or guardians. In the TwineSIS, these people are identified as "Contacts." Names and phone numbers for all Contacts sync to Edsby, and will be visible to staff in places like the student Panorama.
For a parent or guardian to log in to Edsby, their Contact record must include a unique email address (not shared with any other parent, student or staff account) and have the correct permissions to access their student's records. Once a parent or guardian account has been synchronized to Edsby, you may trigger an invitation to join Edsby so they can activate their accounts and connect.
