What some schools may refer to this process as "rollover". This process happens in multiple phases:
- In the Spring Twine will create your place holder container in the Twine database, creating the dataset for your upcoming school year. You will receive an email communication that this has happened and a link to this help document.
- Toward the end of the school year Twine staff will start reaching out to discuss additional needs for the upcoming school year. Such as, additional grade levels, if any students are being held back, if you want your class periods rolled to the new school year, and to talk about the Edsby sync date for the new school year. For more information on phase 2 see this help document.
- In late Summer there will be an Edsby sync date on which the new school year data will begin appearing in Edsby. You will have received an email communication about this sync date before the end of the current school year. For more information on phase 3 see this help document.
