A great feature of Edsby is the ability to quickly and easily share photos through a class or group feed. Here are a few details about how photos can be uploaded and viewed.

Uploading Photos
When working in a class or group feed, there are several ways to bring in photos:
- One option is to use the built-in camera on your computer, tablet or phone, by clicking the camera icon in the feed:
- Another option is to access images on your local device, by clicking the "browse your computer icon:
- Or, when working from a computer you can drag-and-drop images onto your feed post:
Viewing Photos
In a class or group feed, thumbnails are shown for all photos:
When users click on a thumbnail, they are taken to a "Gallery" view allowing them to move forward and back through all the set of uploaded photos one at a time:
Galleries can be closed using the "X" in the upper-right corner:
Photo Orientation
In some cases, photos taken on some devices may display in the Gallery oriented incorrectly. For example, here is a post to a class feed that is correct in the thumbnail view:
When viewed in the Gallery, however, the picture is rotated:
Clicking the View Full Size link will open the image in its own tab, and correct the orientation:
