Background
If a student enters an incorrect password 3 times their account will be locked. Students will get the error "Login for the Username temporarily disabled". Teachers and administration have access to clear this error.

Solution
Any of the student's teachers or any school administrator can follow these steps to clear the students lock out status:
- Navigate to the students panorama
- Scroll down to the account information near the bottom left
- Click the "Clear Lockout" button
