Background
When printing transcripts, results for different terms for a course may sometimes be shown in multiple rows:
The transcript system displays courses based on an exact match of the course name. In the example above, Human Biology and Decision-Making, there is a hyphen in one of the course names but not the other, preventing the transcript system from recognizing these as the same course.
Solution
Course names may be edited in Twine to correct any mismatch of imported Course names. To edit records:
- Log into sis.choosetwine.com and select Grades > Edit Student Grades
- Search for the student whose transcript grades you want to edit
- Near the top of the window, select the term for which you want to edit grades
- At the bottom of the window, click on any existing Course name to make your changes.
- Click Save when finished
